I thought I would share with you the first recipe on my new food blog digestible kitchen – Flourless no nut chocolate brownies – recipe here.
Sorry, we couldn't find any posts. Please try a different search.
These look delightful – like little brownie Melting Moments!
Hey Natalie, thank you for such a comprehensive comment on my cry for help on my varicose vein problem. I don't know that I'll get on the progesterone cream (or whatever it's called!), but I will definitely be trying the carrot salad (I'm a big fan of raw carrot anyway). And I really appreciate all the advice. And most of all, thanks for leading me along to your digestible kitchen blog (I don't know how I've never found it before!?), but I'm excited to be following along. I'm interested to read more about your back to sugar journey, too. I quit sugar over a year ago & since this pregnancy, I've been enjoying the most wonderful relationship with fruit & honey again! And actually feeling really wonderful for it. I'm a big believer in people having individual needs when it comes to diet, but I did read a great article last week on scientists having identified 8 essential sugars required by our bodies (they were pretty much all found in various fruits, kelp & other things). Buy for the life of me, I can't remember where I came across it (I'll strike that one up to baby brain, I suppose!). Anyway, thanks for the advice & I look forward to some more of your amazing recipes! Hope you're having a great weekend, Kellie xx
Hi I’m Natalie,
I teach Mums mothering arts + homemaking, so that they can create a home life that deeply nourishes their children while re-igniting their JOY in the monotony of motherhood.
