Hi I’m Natalie and I’m passionate about helping Mamas find the magic in the everyday of motherhood + cherishing child caring. Making nourishing food in our kitchens is one way we can begin to cultivate a healthy food culture for our children.
I believe that we all need to consider “Intuitive Eating”, in which we really take the time to notice our cravings and the clues our bodies give us - especially our digestion and how our bodies respond to what we eat.
